Knowledge vs. Wisdom
Knowledge used for selfish, negative, or evil purposes is destructive in our lives, our families, our work, our schools, our governments, our country, our societies and cultures, and our world.
Wisdom is the positive use of knowledge in our lives. Wisdom would direct us take control in the order of our lives. Not everyone will encourage us; in fact, we may often meet direct antagonism. For that reason I want to share with you:
Ten Characteristics of a Wise Person:
A wise person is always learning and growing.
A wise person is a peacemaker.
A wise person seeks wise counsel.
A wise person accepts criticism.
A wise person learns from the past, but does not live in it.
A wise person receives commandments.
A wise person does not compromise.
A wise person is diligent and enthusiastic.
A wise person does not procrastinate.
A wise person does not quit!
